Return Policy

The quality and look of UPCYCLED Australia’s bags and accessories may vary slightly compared to the product photos on the website for this simple reason: each item is handmade from recycled materials and therefore unique – which means no two UPCYCLED Australia products are ever exactly identical to one-another, there are no bags, belts etc ever exactly the same. We try to ensure a high level of quality and consistency throughout our entire range, but because every piece of recycled tyre tube is different in wear/tear, size, colour patterns, thickness etc, it is impossible to exactly duplicate any product we offer at UPCYCLED Australia. Please be aware of that fact when placing your order, as well as of the fact that the photos on the website are only used as examples which represent the style, size and design of each product, the actual product you will receive when ordering may look slightly different to the photos, for example: recycled tyre tube material often has blue, green, red or pink lines on it and it is possible that you receive an item that has such coloured lines on the material used. This is a fairly common scenario, which also validates the recycled nature of the material used and a good indication that it is in fact tyre tube material which has been used to make the item.

Returns will only be considered in case an ordered item is broken or not intact. Claims for returns must be made within 7 days from receipt of the goods. No return-claims will be accepted after this 7 day period. Please contact us via email to discuss the problem. Orders are always checked carefully, however, should you receive a broken or faulty item, you may be required that you send a photograph, showing the fault as well as the packaging, in order to assess whether the item was damaged in transit, so your claim can be processed. Misuse resulting in a damage, does not constitute a fault of UPCYCLED Australia and therefore doesn’t qualify for returning.

In case of a return, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees for the returned item(s) as well as fees for re-shipping of the replacement item(s). In such a case, Upcycled Australia is responsible to replace the broken or faulty item, excluding all shipping costs.

Unfortunately change of mind returns are not accepted, please choose carefully before placing your order.
